This is actually a picture of the Rock Creek Felsenmeer State Natural Area, which is about three miles west of the Blue Hills Felsenmeer. The Blue Hills Felsenmeer is not visible from such a view and is more remote.

I thought of these specific features when I wrote my recent post on sacrificial pits, but I did not recall exactly what they were called at the time.
